INSHORE LIGHT TACKLE FISHING

Cape Point reserve is a spectacular display of coastline and a yellowtail HOT SPOT. These aggressive fish are loads of fun to catch on light spinning gear and make for a great meal afterwards. Also on offer during certain months of the year are massive shoals of local Cape Snoek, which frequent our coastline. These fish are highly sought after and a fishing spectacle of note, as hundreds of fish can be caught in a single day.
